Who we are
SPEXA is a product of TRUFFAIRE PRIVATE LIMITED. For anything in this notice, write to one@truffaire.in.
What we collect
When you send a consultation request: your name, email address, whether you are a company or an individual, your company name if you give one, your country, your browser's time zone, the type and stage of your project, what you tell us about it, and any link you add. When you book a time: your name, email address and time zone.
The site sets no advertising cookies and we do not sell personal information.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare for the consultation and, if you go ahead, to scope and quote your project. We do not use what you tell us about your project for any other purpose.
Who receives it
Your request reaches us through an email delivery provider, bookings are made through a scheduling provider that sends the calendar invitation, and the website runs on a hosting provider. They process the information on our behalf and only for these purposes. Ask us and we will tell you who they are.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only as long as we are required to. Ask us to delete your request and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to one@truffaire.in.
