These terms cover the use of this website. A SPEXA project is governed by the contract signed for it, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Your data, our source code
You receive a licence to use the software. TRUFFAIRE retains the source code. Your data remains yours.
This website
The site is operated by TRUFFAIRE PRIVATE LIMITED. Its content describes our service and is not an offer: a project exists only once a scope and contract are agreed and signed.
How engagements are contracted
The points below summarise our standard approach so that nothing is a surprise. The precise terms are those in your contract.
- Delivery follows a 30-working-day process for accepted, scoped projects. The count begins when the advance is received and requirements gathering starts.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. The contract sets out how client delays and outside dependencies are treated.
- The 15 working days after handover include changes, new features and customisation within the agreed reasonable scope.
- An annual maintenance contract is mandatory after the refinement period. Its coverage, exclusions, billing, renewal and termination terms are set out before you commit.
- You receive the deployed software, admin access, documentation and training, and a licence to use the software. TRUFFAIRE PRIVATE LIMITED retains ownership of the source code. Your data remains yours.
- Pricing is by individual quote. Third-party fees, where they apply, are identified in the quote.
Confidentiality
What you share with us during a consultation is treated as confidential, whether or not a project follows.
